Oneforwater is the brainchild of Anveshika, a high school student of Shiv Nadar School Gurgaon and a passionate advocate of STEM and sustainability. Anveshika is on a quest for global awakening and bringing together communities to help provide for universal and equitable access to safe water for drinking and sanitation for all. Winner of several international STEM competitions, a beneficiary of Intel AI for Youth and NASA’s IASC mentorship programs and an English and French enthusiast, Anveshika’s interest lies in solving real world problems with the power of STEM and innovation – at the head – alongside strong values that bring us into closer emotional connection with the world – at the heart. She has played a leading role in building partnerships with City’s District Administration and International forums such as ClimateScience. Anveshika cares about educating underprivileged students and enjoys debating, reading and writing.
Driven by the belief that education is not just the development of academic potential, but also equally, the humane, social, emotional, aesthetic, physical, and the spiritual potential of each student, her approach to work centres around ensuring the holistic development of her staff and students. With her empathetic, fair, and approachable manner, she is a firm favourite amongst her students and ex-students.
A gold-medallist Master’s in Economics from Punjab University, she has also completed multiple levels of training from IBDP. She was previously the Vice Principal and HOD of IBDP Economics at The Shri Ram School (Moulsari Campus), where she worked for 16 years. Ms. Sagar was also conferred the Principal of the Year award by the Indian Education Awards.
An avid reader, she is inspired by Kahlil Gibran, Maya Angelou, and Richard Bach.
Tanushree is the Head of the Career Guidance Centre at Shiv Nadar School, Gurgaon. Her 20 years of experience has helped her to logically evaluate the students’ interests, personality and aptitude, guiding them to select the appropriate programs and the right fit universities.
She has completed her Masters in Personnel Management (MPM). Prior to joining Shiv Nadar School, Tanushree was with the Taj Group of Hotels deputed at IHM – Aurangabad, which has an academic tie-up with the University of Huddersfield, UK. She was the Head of Placement and also handled the additional responsibility of training students across all years.
She is a founder member of Shiv Nadar School, Gurgaon and has handled multiple roles in the organization beginning with the Human Resource department, and then handling the School Admissions for 5 years. She has also led the Parent Partnership Office, which was conceptualized under her leadership, wherein her role was to bridge the gap between school and parents to ensure collaborative functioning.
Tanushree has completed programs to keep herself abreast with the upcoming trends. In her current role, she has been invited to various national and international sessions to share her experiences as a college guidance counsellor. Students of Shiv Nadar School, Gurgaon under her guidance have been placed in globally recognized universities with attractive scholarships.
She believes the right attitude is what matters the most in today’s world. Her life revolves around her husband and daughter and her idea of enjoyment is to spend time with her family.
Sameer Arora is the Vice Principal, Shiv Nadar School, Gurgaon. Sameer is a natural leader, a collaborator, and an educator with over 24 years of the school experience. He firmly believes that the purpose of his life is to help children and people under his care find and attain their goals.
Sameer has a Master’s degree in Commerce and a degree in education. He has also attained a “Certificate in Leadership” from Columbia Business School and “Understanding Leadership” from International Baccalaureate. He has experience in establishing travel-based start-ups to offer experiential education programmes to the youth and has travelled to over 20 countries. He has also Led “Unlock Hour”, an educational programme run by the National Geographic Channel as their Project Head, India.
He has received the Duke of Edinburgh Award for his distinguished voluntary services to the Asian Regional Space Settlement Design Competition and Punarjyot (an organisation working on reviving peace dialogue between India and Pakistan through academic and cultural exchange.) He has also been awarded Claes Nobel Educator of Distinction for excellence by the National Society of High School Scholars, USA, and the “Inspirational Educator Award” by the International Alliance of Counsellors & Educators.
As a prolific speaker and passionate educator, he has been invited on multiple platforms by ed-tech companies, higher-ed institutes, and trade commissions of governments of different countries to express his opinion and share his expertise with the larger community. He likes to spend his free time with his dog, books, and music.
Creative Techie with 12+ years of experience in the field of designing and development. Graduate in Computer Application , MBA, PGDBM, Degree in Entrepreneurship Management from EDII, Ahmedabad.
He is a creative wizard with a sound technical inclination and understanding. From his MBA College days back in the year 2010, his creativity and development skills have been a hot point of appreciation by his colleagues and faculty members. He has not looked back since then and has artfully executed numerous creative and development projects in his professional career.
Each creative and development project that Digitally Wow has taken up in its 4 years of business reflects his creative vision which has been well appreciated by most of the clients. He has been instrumental in building a strong in-house creative and development team for Digitally Wow.

Shubhi has been a Good Governance Fellow and Assistant Manager at the State’s Chief Ministers Office. She holds a MS in Sustainability Management from Columbia University with focus in Sustainability Financing. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work and Bachelors in Computer Applications.

Sayesha heads and coordinates the ClimateScience work on Clubs in India to help climate education reach thousands and is passionate about environment conservation. With interests ranging from academics to arts, Sayesha wants to bring about change in society for initiatives she feels strongly about. She is also a mental health advocate and has her own Platform – Happiness Chain, recently from which she launched a magazine as its offshoot, talking about a range of issues.a Master’s Degree in Social Work and Bachelors in Computer Applications.
